The hotel is the best place to stay in my book, especially for the great value it offers. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with a big shower, hot water, and good wifi. The location was great, right in the middle of all the activities in the old town, close to everything. The staff were amazing, always willing to help and assist with any questions or tour arrangements.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, quiet, and cozy, with great wifi. The service from Mrs Maggi and the rest of the team was exceptional, making us feel truly welcome and providing helpful tips about Hanoi. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city near must-visit spots like the Old Quarter and Puppet Theater. The dining options were good, offering a nice variety of both local and Western dishes. Overall, a fantastic choice in Hanoi!
